For the third year in a row, Morrison Foerster sponsored and Complex Litigation + Advisement Co-Chair, Erin M. Bosman, co-chaired the Western Alliance Bank Class Action Law Forum™ (CALF). Over 200 people registered to attend CALF, which is hosted in collaboration with the University of San Diego School of Law, either in person or virtually. Attendees got to hear respected jurists, leading practitioners, and USD Law faculty share their insights about key issues in the class action and mass tort spaces.
Among the notable list of panelists were MoFo’s own Tiffany Cheung, Jessica Grant, David McGowan, Julie Park, Purvi G. Patel, James Sigel, William Tarantino, and Claudia Vetesi. They spoke on a variety of topics spanning from food labeling cases, class action waivers, and ethics to privacy class actions, environmental and social governance, and appeals.
